Hormonal changes and disruptions in social support can create feelings of depression and anxiety in women who have never experienced this before. I have years of clinical experience, and I am a member of Post Partum Support International, the leading association for those who support postpartum women and their families. Counseling can help you get yourself back, restore your dignity, and chart a path towards the future.

I love to work with women and their families, so I offer a FREE 30 minute consultation so that you can determine if counseling might be right for you. No stress, and no strings attached! You're welcome to bring your baby and/or your partner to any sessions you attend.

I am a mom, and a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. In addition to my work with pregnant and postpartum women, I also provide couples counseling and family therapy for folks with older children or blended families.
