I can't compliment Shelia enough, she was amazing. Her manner was attentive, caring, thoughtful, and so wonderful that we consider her a dear friend now. My highest compliment of her skills would be that we asked her to accompany us at the birth of both of our children, who were born just under 2 years apart; our first at Cedars Sinai Medical Center (naturally and drug free), and the second at home (naturally and of course drug free). If we were to consider having another child in the future, she would without doubt be the doula we contacted.

My husband and I decided to try the Bradley Method for the birth of our second child. Our classes with Shelia were so wonderful. We were impressed with her extensive knowledge of childbirth, her first hand experience, and her passion for helping to bring new life into the world...drug free. Her experience as a Doula makes her even more invaluable (she gives THE best massages!). She certainly was a key to our own drug free, absolutly beautiful birth.

Shelia is a wonderful doula. She was our birthing doula for both our singleton and our twins. Both experiences were totally different but Shelia was awesome in both births.
