I have been working out with Lauren for almost two years now. She is truly wonderful. I hate exercising but Lauren won't let me give up. She has gotten rid of my lower back pain and I feel great. Lauren builds a workout around what you need and changes it constantly to avoid boredom. She is also very knowledgable about diet and nutrition. I couldn't ask for a better, more personal trainer.
