I am a Personal Fitness Coach that specializes in kickboxing. I am available to train you at your place or mine!

Workouts are NEVER boring and different everytime. You will enjoy a full body workout that is fun, challenging and empowering.

Workouts include elements from kickboxing, strength and endurance training, jiu jitsu, and other forms of martial arts. Cardio never felt so good.
