We are a very unique fitness concept of boxing and kickboxing. You can burn anywhere between 800-1000 calories an hour boxing/kickboxing!!!! We have professional fighters for our instructors so while you're getting a really good workout, you're also learning a skill! We also have everything else that a regular gym has.

I love LA Boxing! I thought it could not be that different than LA Fitness where I have been a member for years, but I was wrong! It is amazing and all the instructors are professional boxers. I LOVE IT!!! Totally worth the extra money a month!!

This is the best workout ever! The gym is clean; the staff is friendly; the workout hard!!! But boxing and kickboxing are way more fun than walking on a treadmill--boring--and I'm burning twice as many calories!!! It's also a great thing for me and my husband to do together!!!
