Kris Beard is a very nurturing childcare provider. The program she has set up in her home environment is enriching in that she offers a lot of variety in activities as well as structure. She offers a lot of pre-school/Kindergarten preparedness for the young ones. I always felt very confident dropping my children off with Kris, knowing my children were in a loving, safe environment. In addition, Kris is very serious about her liscensing and takes the rules very seriously never, in my experience, deviating from the rules.

My son has gone to Kris sense he was 6 months old. He will be 2 in March. She is the best daycare that I would ever to imagine. Kris is so good with the kids, she has taught my son alot. I am very greatful to have found her. I would highly recommend bringing your child to her. There is know one like her. All the activites she does with them. Its nice to pick up my son and see his art projects or what he has learned that day. I wouldn't know what I would do without her.

Kris creates a wonderful environment for growing and learning in her home. The children get to participate in a consistent yet fun filled schedule everyday. Crafts, books, toys and early learning are a part of each day as well as opportunities for independent and group play. She interacts with the children in such a positive and caring way. My son (6 yrs old) attended daycare for 2 1/2 years with Kris. He always enjoyed his time with her and the other children. While I'm not working now, I look forward to having my daughter (7 mo old) attend daycare with Kris when I return to work. She is the best!

Kris is great - full 5 stars! Both of my sons have been cared for by Kris, and they both have loved every minute of it. She has a weekly schedule, rotates toys to match the weekly theme, sings to the kids, has daily craft/coloring time, and really keeps them content all day long. She has a very gentle tone with the children and her discipline is subtle ...but works very well! I would highly suggest Kris to anyone and am always open to your direct questions if you have any!

Kris is a gentle and kind person! She is a wonderful mother and childcare provider. I've been to her home and it's a feeling of warmth right when you walk in. I would highly recommend Kris as a provider for children.

My two children have been going to Kris' house for two years now. My youngest son started when he was only six weeks old. Kris is incredible. I love how organized she is and how she handles discipline. The children respect her and have fun when they are with her. It is so scary to leave your children with someone and I never worry about my kids when they are with Kris. They love her and I do too!!

I have had my 6 year old daughter in Kris' daycare since she was in diapers. Being that I am a single mom working full-time, finding the appropriate care for my chld was not only the most important decision I have had to make, but the most scarey. Kris has helped to instill good manners and values to my child like working in a group, how to share, as well as getting her ready to start Kindergarten by learning her letters, numbers, colors and shapes. The daily reports were helpful in knowing what the activities of the day were and what/how much my daughter ate throughout the day. Unfortunatly we had to recently relocate to a new city and I can only prey that I can find someone as reliable and wonderful as Kris has been for us!

I have known Kris for many years. She is wonderful with the children. She does lots of fun and exciting things with the children. Children that have grown up and moved on, often come back to say hello. That there says it all...they like her so much, they never really leave.

When my children were younger they both were in childcare provided by Kris. It was the best experience we have ever had with a childcare worker. She was great with the kids. Education is a big part of the daily routine in her home. My kids learned relevant education, social skills, and always had a great time. I trust her completely with the lives of my children and am forever grateful to her for her time and help. She was always there to offer my support and any needed advice. My youngest child has a disability that at time could be challenging and she always handled his challenges with grace and love. My kids are older now or we would still be with her. If you are considering the childcare provided by Kris, expect someone to take an invested interest in your child. She will help you help your child where needed without overstepping boundaries. I highly recommend Kris to be part of your child's life.

Kris has been awsome with my daughter who is now almost 7 months old. When I have been there the other kids are always telling me about the projects she does with them, so I can't wait until my daughter is old enough to paint and color.
