Phyllis has been monitoring visitations for my child, who has special needs, with his father for over (3) years. Her loving relationship with my son and her tremendous professionalism has done much to alleviate my anxieties and concerns for my child's safety and security with his father. Her presence has done much to diminish potential confrontations and harassment by my son's father toward me as well. Always putting the needs of her child clients at the forfront, Phyllis has made it a point to educate herself about my son's special needs and keeps herself informed about his medical issues as well to ensure his health, safety, and well being while in her care. Truly I could not be more satisfied with her service. I not only trust her with my child, but consider her a dear friend as well.
