What--How can a business transport children without required licenses. What do we pay taxes for if the laws are not being enforced. What an outrage. I hope these children are safe. Here is a question-If there is an accident and god forbid a child is hurt is there insurance? is there any government protection without a license? Does she even have a driver license?
