Kiai Martial Arts (owned by David Carman) is now offering Zumba classes in addition to their Karate Classes!
We have a new instructor, who is a certified ZIN member, with 12 years of dance experience!

Classes are offered Monday/Wednesdays at 8pm... perfect for you parents who need to get the kids fed and off to bed and we offer a Saturday 8 AM class for all who like to get their exercise fix early in the morning!

Class fees-
$40.00 for a 10 class punchcard
$5.00 drop in fee (just to try us out)

The month of November, if you get a friend to purchase a punchcard, you get $10.00 off your next punchcard!!! Thats $3.00 a class!!!

Zumba is a latin based cardio workout that can burn 800-1000 calories an hour!!

With beats from the artists Pitbull, Shakira, Wisin and Yandel.. you won't realize you're working out!

Dance moves are easy to learn and include Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Samba, Reggaeton....all you have to do is keep moving!!

This class is HOT-HOT-HOT.... bring your water bottle and a towel and get ready to walk out of our classes with increased self esteem and confidence, fit into your clothes better and be more stress free!
