Inspired by several generations of family chefs and her love of chocolate, Katia has created the richest, most natural and decadent truffles around. No machinery is used in any part of the process. Each truffle is created by Katia using an age-old method. Each truffle is shaped by hand to resemble the fungi (mushroom) truffle, from which the name ”truffle” derives. Katia's uses local ingredients from artisan producers along the Pacific Coast focused on quality and environmental sustainability. Northern California’s own Scharffen Berger Chocolate, natural and unhomogenized cream, organic butter, and accented with organic raspberries, strawberries, and other taste creations. Katia’s truffles are also available for wedding and party favors, corporate gifts, events, romance, and as their inspiring truffle tower.

I've ordered truffles from Katia on several occasions. From the initial contact with Katia until the finished product arrives not one detail is overlooked and the results are amazing! Katia is so warm and professional and a pleasure to work with. Her ingredients are top of the line and incredibly fresh. I love that she does everything by hand herself to produce the most mouthwatering chocolate creations. Her packaging is clean and eye catching...you immediately want to dive right into those beautiful wooden boxes to sample what's inside. It's like you have never really tasted chocolate before until you've had one of Katia's truffles. Her prices are very reasonable, orders are filled and delivered in a timely fashion, and no one will be disappointed. It says a lot to someone to have something made just for them. How amazing it is to be able to give someone something so decadent and unique.
