A wonderful WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM! I have been overweight all of my life and cannot tell you how many diets, plans, programs, I have tried and have never before found a plan that works so well!! Since Jan.'08, I have lost 50+ pounds and over 25" off of my waist, hips, & thighs, and counting down! I, now, enjoy walking, swimming, and feel better than I have in years! I have been friends with Bev for almost a year now and her attitude is infectious! She has such a drive and commitment towards what she is learning and doing that everyone around her wants it! Way to go Bev!
