Hi moms:
My name is Fran and I started my licensed Child care program in a non- smoking home in 1993
Since I am restarting now, I have openings for full time, part time, afternoon, week end hours of care available. Pre arranged drop in care is also possible. Minimum care available is for three hours.
Now moms dads and guardians I have tried to give you all my options. Please take advantage of this generous offer, with credentials like mine.
I have B.A and Masters in Education and Child Psychology, worked as a teacher for several years. Raised my own children and then continued working with children in my own day care. Interacting with children almost all my life has given me a special connection to communicate love and nurture them.
I also keep my knowledge of early childhood education current by studying the latest research and new trends. In the last two years, I have learned to apply indirect approach to goal orientation for children, which is one of the greatest skills if a child is able to adopt as his second nature to be goal oriented.
On the whole My Childcare program is organized and operated to provide physical neural social and educational learning for children from 6weeks to 5 year olds.
Attention ration is 1-4.
I do not have younger children of my own and so my attention is totally focused on daycare children.
Children in my day care grow in a positive upbeat happy and healthy environment that gives them the advantage of growing independently with a strong self steam and free expression but controlled to the extent of using better words and prevent negative feeling, with goal oriented patterns.
Meals and snacks are well planned to the requirements of USDA.
Infants toddlers and preschoolers we have solid programs for each group.
Since economy is changing globally, the life styles changes require children to know the value of money and we introduce age appropriate education on this topic by storytelling examples and small project .
