We are a Ladies Gym located at 41 W. 11 Mile Road, Madison Heights, Mi. One mile from I-75 and one mile from I-696. We feature HOIST Machines, made for women & easy to use. We also have SCIFIT Cardio Strength; which can cut down your time spent. We have many programs; such as Personal Protection, Weight Loss Challenge and Group Personal Training. Also, we have Personal Training and offer classes--two almost every night. You do not have to be a member to participate in the classes. Call now to reserve your spot. We have a beautiful facility.
