Belinda has been teaching a fitness class to women at our workplace for almost 3 years now. Without exception, we find her professional, prepared, responsive, a delight to work with and very knowledgeable about health and fitness. I would recommend her classes to any group wanting to get moving and get healthier. She will tailor the class to your needs.
