Leia Stoeppler currently runs her private business at En Route Movement and Isis Pilates.

En Route Movement is a movement studio in Salt Lake City offering private and small group Pilates, Yoga, GYROTONIC® lessons. We also offer Massage Therapy, Esthetics and an eco-friendly boutique in our beautiful downtown studio.
Isis Pilates is a beautiful, private studio located off Foothill in the East bench of Salt Lake City. Fully equiped studio offering private sessions and small group classes.

Join my Prenatal Mat and Equipment classes. I use physio balls, magic circles, thera bands and rollers to compliment the Pilates Metod and bring each mother-to-be strength, flexibility and relaxation. Slow paced, focuses on the breath and strengthening the pelvic floor, along with upper body strength for the work to come after pregnancy and lower body strength for toning and flexibility.
