My name is Nadja, the owner of Empowered Motherhood. Im a proud Army wife, currently stationed in Ft. Bragg, NC, and a mother of two beautiful children, Luis age 3 and Kalyani born in April. They are who inspire and motivate me in everything I do.

With each child, I had very different pregnancies, labors, postpartum, and breastfeeding experiences. Things didn't always go as planned or expected, and at times were just plain intense! But getting through them has completely empowered me as a mother. I feel like getting through them have not only made me stronger but helped define me.

I believe pregnancy and birth is a key experience every mother remembers in their life and that no two experiences are the exact same. My ultimate goal is to provide the emotional and physical support a mother needs and deserves to achieve their vision of an Empowered Motherhood.
