Emerge Fitness is a group fitness studio offering boot camp classes, FitWall training (see fitwall.com) and one on one training.

We also offer KIDS FITNESS - Every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am. It's a great way for the year round track students to have some fun and learn some exercises while on break!

We are owned and operated by women just like you. We are a group of women who wear many hats. We are in it for the same reason you are…to look and feel great! Our priority is to help you to be the best YOU possible.
