I have been taking yoga at Dragon Fire Yoga since 2006 and it is great. I love that while my life was changing as I became a mom, the studio was with me the whole time - I did prenatal yoga during my pregnancy, am attending Mommy and Me series with my infant son now, and look forward to attending toddler yoga and kids yoga when he gets bigger, as well as getting back to my hatha yoga practice.
I like that there is more than just yoga too. The bellydance classes and sensual dance workshop are fun!
This is a studio that is friendly to people in all stages of life, moms especially. I highly recommend it.
