Divine Body Fitness is the best thing i ever chose to do. In the classes you learn different stretches, core work outs and pole moves that work all your muscles and increases flexibily. The classes also enhance your confidence level. Jonina, the owner and teacher, is great at explaining eveything we do in class and making you feel like the sky is the limit with the abilities you could develop. Best choice I ever made.
