For 20 years, Cultural Care Au Pair's childcare and cultural exchange program has offered families flexible, live-in childcare with a unique international perspective. For only $320/week (per family, not per child), your au pair provides 45 hours of childcare and lives with you as a member of your family. Your children benefit from a one-to-one comitted and caring companion and you can customize your childcare coverage according to your own schedule.

I am the Local Childcare Coordinator (LCC) for Cultural Care Au Pair in Laguna Niguel, CA. I first learned of Cultural Care when my son was five months old and I was getting ready to return to work. I found the au pair program to be the absolute best solution as it was more affordable than a nanny but I would still be able to give my son that one-on-one attention with an au pair. As I learned more about the program I felt more and more that the LCC position was the perfect job for me, and I never went back to my original job!

I am able to help both au pairs and host families achieve their goals and make their dreams come true, as well as witness the great relationships, memories and cultural exchange that take place every day in the homes of my host families. I absolutely love the program and my job!
