For 20 years, Cultural Care Au Pair's childcare and cultural exchange program has offered families flexible, live-in childcare with a unique international perspective. For only $320/week (per family, not per child), your au pair provides 45 hours of childcare and lives with you as a member of your family. Your children benefit from a one-to-one committed and caring companion and you can customize your childcare coverage according to your own schedule.

I am the Local Childcare Coordinator (LCC) for Cultural Care Au Pair in Grayslake, IL. As a former au pair myself I can contest to what a wonderful program the au pair program is and how great the relationships, memories and cultural exchange that took place were. I love being the local support to host families and au pairs, and hope to help foster the bonds in their relationships.

There is currently no fee to apply to this wonderful and cost efficient childcare program :)
