For 20 years, Cultural Care Au Pair's childcare and cultural exchange program has offered families flexible, live-in childcare with a unique international perspective. For only $320/week (per family, not per child), your au pair provides 45 hours of childcare and lives with you as a member of your family. Your children benefit from a one-to-one committed and caring companion and you can customize your childcare coverage according to your own schedule.

Au Pairs are a great solution for busy families:

A successful exchange year begins with the right match between a qualified au pair and a welcoming host family. In order to participate, a family must be:

• Committed to cultural exchange

• U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents

• The parent(s) or guardian(s) of children requiring up to 45 hours per week of childcare

• Able to provide a private bedroom

• Available to attend 2 orientation meetings (1 before and 1 after au pair arrives for each program year) and 1 Host Family day conference (1 per program year).
