LeeAnne is an amazing Real Estate person! When we were looking for a home, she spent countless hours helping us. We were extremely picky and looked at many houses for a year. We also looked into building. Even though that would not give her the same money, she helped us with all of our needs.
At the time, LeeAnne did not know a lot about the golF course. When we had a question, she found out the answer immediately. She probably now knows all there is to know about the golf course.
LeeAnne is extremely professional. One time we made an offer that was very low and the owners were furious. LeeAnne had told us it was low, but in our behalf she made the offer anyway. The owner's were extremely rude to LeeAnne, but she never acted anything but professional.
You can't go wrong with LeeAnne. Her INTEGRITY IS IMPECABLE.

Lee Anne is my mom and she is awesome!!! I'm not biasis or anything... :o) Not only is she a great mom, she is an excellent buisness woman and always works hard to meet her clients needs. I would consider myself lucky to have her as my real estate broker or property manager.

My husband and I live in California and own a golf-course rental property in Nevada; My parents (who also own Nevada properties managed by Lee Anne) recommended we use her on ours. It was a great decision as we are always kept up to date, property is always maintained, and the renters are always the best. Lee Anne makes sure EVERYTHING is taken care of and to the best it can be. I would only have Chaffin Real Estate Services take care of any properties in the future we aquire.

I have worked with Lee Anne on a personal and businnes level, she is an honest hard working individual with her friends/clients best interest at heart. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy, sell or just get some great advise!
