I have been eating food that Paula has cooked for years now,and i must say, she is definitely an amazing cook. Once you start eating you never stop...I am living proof! Paula is in her element when in the kitchen, & everything she prepares and serves is a masterpiece. If you are looking for someone to cater your event, you should not hesitate for a moment when choosing Paula, and I PROMISE you will NOT lose her number and will call for every event that needs catering from that point on! Bon Appetite!!

Paula's catering of my husband's 60th birthday was the event of the year!
When I was three years old, I remember going up to the ancestor's farm in the Hudson Valley. The women were alway in the kitchen, while the men ate first. Paula has created those same memorable recipes, generation after generation. The ancestors used to make the wine in the celler. Paula's wines, for some reason, have the exact same bouquet. Nothing has changed. When the relatives got off the boat in N.Y., they gave Paula'a mother the receipes. nothing has changed. The veal is the same, the meatballs, with the flatleaf parsley, simmering until just toasted enough, until the very second, the sauce, now that is the VERY same, never to be duplicated. Paula's garden is ripe with only the best.
After we delighted in her catered affair, we said "DIVINE".

Beware - if Paula caters your dinner party or office event, you'll want her to cook for you every day! She is truly a master! Everything is homemade and delicious. Her business name is right on.
