BuffMother is a Godsend. A great site for anyone who wants support and trustworthy advice from the world's nicest lady! I have three small boys, and have been a member for quite a while now, and absolutely love it! I would definitely recommend it to everyone!

I love everything about Buffmother. The member forum is wonderfully personal and uplifting and the program is just outstanding. I highly recommend this to all women of every fitness level who is interested is staying healthy and fit!

BuffMother is the best blog/forum/support source out there for Moms wanting to achieve their best health possible. It can range from just dropping a few pounds to going for competition status physique. Michelle B. has the knowledge and know-how to help anyone achieve their goals. Check it out...do the 2 week trial...you will be fueled by all the women there. Yours in Health....TIA

Finding Buffmother.com has changed my life! I have found inspiration and motivation in the women only forum group. I have transformed my body using the revolutionary training program that Buffmother developed. I have achieved my dream of becoming a figure competitor. I have made many great friends that value their health and want to be fit for life! Michelle Berger is an incredible woman and such a positive role model in the health and fitness industry. Her books are a must have for any woman. She will teach you how to work with your hormonal patterns to help regain your figure after having kids. As a chiropractor who has studied a lot about nutrition and hormones, I have to say she is right on and has devolped an incredible training program.
