I teach the full 12 week Bradley Method curriculum emphasizing how to be a consumer in birth rather than a patient. The classes cover pregnancy health, how to stay low risk, interventions, comfort measures, baby care, and breastfeeding. This is a video rich series, with a video each class covering birth, nutrition, and breastfeeding. Classes begin frequently, meeting on Sundays or Wednesdays.

Maren gave us private classes at home because our schedules were so crazy. She is absolutely awesome, and I had a wonderful natural birth to a 8 lb, 5 oz boy. The classes teach you to be prepared, which would make any birth easier!

My husband and I took the 12 week course with Maren and felt totally prepared for the birth experience. She is very knowledgable and enthusiastic. She is passionate about taking care of moms and babies before during and after the birth and she's a sweetheart!
