The Bodyshop Fitness and Spa is an amazing fitness center. I have had the benefit of taking Cardio Kick classes, participating in boot camp and being personally trained by the owner Jennifer. All of these activities have helped to transform my body by losing weight, building muscle, sculpting and toning. Personal training helped me build my strength and endurance and I am in better shape than ever before. The classes are fun and challenging; and the staff at the Bodyshop are friendly and knowledgeable. This is gym for both adults and children. Through the wrestling classes for children my 6 year son has developed as an athlete and become more disciplined. I have been a member of several gyms and I firmly believe that the Bodyshop is one of a kind.

This was my first experience with a working out/kickboxing class. It was a good experience for me. Instructors are professional and knowledgeable and other participants were friendly.
I also had personal training sessions which I highly recommend.

Because this is family owned gym, it has a great personal touch. Jennifer and staff make me feel comfortable. They have given me the strength and endurance than I ever imagined. They have inspired me to always strive to workout at my highest potential. And after a workout of cardio, strength training, or pilates, what better way to end than a body wrap of massage...Ahhh!

The Body Shop is a great place to get both mind and body in shape. Jennifer brings a womans touch with a variety of day spa services. A body wrap will do the trick for a upcomming event you will loose a few inches and your skin will glow. Its a nice treat in general. The body shop is a family owned gym and has something for the kids as well, its a worthy investment for you and your familys total health.

I wish I could give this review 10 stars. This facility is very upscale, professional, caring and garnishes quick results. Jennifer M is a very dedicated trainer with all the understanding of diffrerent skill levels to meet the needs of any body type. I would recommend beginners and athletes of all levels to come experience this total body fitness. It's the best I've ever encountered.

This gym is amazing. Without these people now my friends I would not be the person I am. They have incredible support, love and passion for what they do.
