The fitness and education classes at Belly Bliss are outstanding. There is no where else that offers these types of classes. The staff is very knowledgeable and supportive and the facility is very inviting and warm. I highly recommend Belly Bliss to all expectant moms!

Belly Bliss has been a great resource for me throughout my pregnancy. I tried to find other yoga studios in the area with reasonable prenatal yoga class hours to no avail-- mostly in the middle of the day when I am usually working. Belly Bliss though offered a wide variety of prenatal and postnatal yoga classes at all different times and on weekends. I was also surprised to find out how much I enjoyed the Belly Bliss Booty Camp (a fitness class with a prenatal focus) that has really kept me in shape throughout my pregnancy. I've also been doing acupuncture and massage therapy, and I am looking forward to my Child birth class series. Belly Bliss is great for first time and repeat moms -- and wonderful for women who work and have crazy schedules (like myself).

Other great things about Belly Bliss -- a really extensive array of classes and workshops for soon to be moms and dads from child birth classes using the Bradley Method to Infant Care 101 to learning more about baby gear (how to wear those awesome slings!). I also really appreciate Belly Bliss's holistic approach to childbirth and the health and wellness of soon to be moms and moms who have just given birth. They have available certified acupuncture, massage therapy, rolfing, nutrition support, personal training, lactation support, etc. They are also conveniently located in Cherry Creek with easy access parking. I highly recommend Belly Bliss to all soon to be moms and post-moms for health and wellness of themselves and their babies! I refer my prenatal patients and friends to their studio.

Finally, a place to feel supported during the transition to Motherhood!

I discovered Belly Bliss after the birth of my second child. The staff was a pillar for me as I struggled with post partum health concerns along with a newborn who had a serious case of infant reflux. They made my transition to life with two children easier and offered so much support and encouragement along the way. Belly Bliss is a wonderful concept and a must for all pregnant and post partum mothers!

I have taken several of the Belly Yoga classes offered at Belly Bliss. They are a great exercise option for expectant moms. Deb is a great instructor, taking the time to help each student be comfortable in each position. I would recommend the classes at Belly Bliss to all women, pre and postnatal.
