My daughter took swim lessons at Aqua-Fit for several months last year. It was her first time taking lessons and she was a bit worried. The staff at Aqua-Fit made her feel comfortable immediately. She couldn't wait for her lesson each week. I was amazed at how quickly she learned how to swim and dive under the water. She went from not wanting to put her head under to wanting to dive for rings all the time. They taught her valuable water safety lessons too. She had a great time swimming in the lake and pool this past summer thanks to Miss Mimi and her staff.
