Cynthya is a gifted doula, labor coach, and child care specialist. Cynthya teamed with me for the delivery of my first child over the summer of 2010. She met with me and my husband in advance and offered terrific encouragement and guidance. She thought of everything and was very professional. She cheerfully joined us in the hospital at the crack of dawn and actually wheeled in a suitcase full of helpful tools for labor fun (including pregnancy pops, tennis balls (for massage), and massage oils). She was a tremendously supportive and positive presence. Cynthya is very considerate of her client's wishes and goes the extra mile.
We're delighted to continue to see Cynthya with our newborn son. She is tremendously helpful and efficient and organized. And she can swaddle a newborn like nobody's business. She brings the "Happiest Baby on the Block" to life. She even makes our dog happy! We look forward to her remaining in our lives. She gets our hearty recommendation without hesitation. If you have questions, feel free to email me at esbjd@hotmail.com.

Cynthya assisted during the birth of my son, Lucas, in July of 2009. Cynthya advised me in birthing techniques while I was expecting, helped me formulate a birthing plan, and was a great source of information on all aspects of pregnancy, birthing, nursing, and other postpartum issues. Cynthya was always available for consults and really helped reduce my anxiety about the birth. She was a huge calming presence during a very stressful c-section and stayed with me in the recovery room while my husband went with our baby to the neonatal nursery. She was so amazing, supportive, comforting, and knowledgeable. She even took pictures during our first few precious moments so that we could focus on meeting our new son. Cynthya was also a great help to us during the postpartum period. She helped with the baby and our older daughter. She cooked some meals for us, helped us care for our pets, and helped around the house. She also gave me a lot of nursing support.

I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to help them through ANY kind of birth - natural, epidural, induced, c-section. She is reliable, accessible, and a really easy person to get along with. You can e-mail me if you have any questions: ebringstrom@gmail.com.
