I'm a birth doula who enjoys assisting my clients in exploring all choices and possibilities for their hospital, birth center, or home birth experience.

My services include:

*24/7 phone & email contact throughout your pregnancy

*2 prenatal visits to discuss comfort preferences & getting to know you and your spouse!

*Assistance with your birth “wish list” & how to present to the medical community, if necessary.

*Meeting with your provider at 38 weeks

*Postpartum care as required following birth, followed by phone support and one home visit.

*Black & white photography of your labor and birth put to music on a DVD.

*Breastfeeding assistance and lactation consultant referral assistance, if needed.
