I educate and help other women to achieve their goals through fitness, nutritional counseling, and supplementation in the comforts of my in-home gym. I offer private and semi-private training, as well as group classes.

Tara is truly passionate about helping others. She has every piece of equipment needed in her home and provides examples and encouragement to help you achieve your goals. I recommend Tara to anyone looking to get in shape and enjoy a healthier life. My favorite is her bootcamp offered on saturday mornings.
