I took individual training lessons from Lizette, and she created a perfect program for me, aimed at reducing my back pain, and also toning and slimming.
She is a great instructor, and has patience to explain and demonstrate each exercize as necessary.
I would certainly recommend her

I recently started Pilates with Lizette, and I love it. I was hooked after my first session. It's a great investment of my time and money to get back in shape after a difficult recovery from a c-section. I love learning a new fitness discipline, and the sessions are progressively more challenging. I'm even getting motivated to start running again. Thanks, Lizette!
