Zooper Double Stroller

Has anyone used or considered buying the Zooper Tango double stroller? I would prefer to get a side-by-side double stroller that accommodates a newborn carrier. I don't think my first born can handle the sit and stand version. If not the Zooper, are there other recommendations? Any comments are much appreciated.

What can I do next?

Hi C.,

We just bought the Peg Perego Aria Twin and it is awesome. It only weighs 13 lbs., folds flat, one handed unfold and can hold a car seat. I would highly recommend the Peg. You might want to check it out. We use it with our 2 yr. old and 3 month old and so far it is working great for us. Congratulations on your impending arrival.

I'm not familiar with this particular brand and I haven't used one in a loooong time :-) but, from my experience.....I liked the double strollers in which the seats are directly in line with each other better than the ones that sit side by side. The side by side ones are very wide and will not fit through areas in stores when you are shopping. Thats my 2 cents worth :-)

Hi, we have a zooper and have been happy with it overall. It is very sturdy and both kids have a great view (vs. back and front where one child's view is blocked). It is heavy, so make sure you can pick it up. I also liked the rain cover. It does fit through a standard door, but you have to make sure all legs and elbows are inside the frame.

I just bought Zooper double stroller two months ago for my 2.5 year old and newborn. I really really like it! I've been taking the kids on walks to help lose the baby weight and it's easy to push on sidewalks as well as shopping, etc. My only complaint is that it's sometimes hard to fit through doors. It will fit through every door I've gone through, but it has to be lined up exactly right. Just something to think about, but other than that I have no complaints. I had contemplated just using a sling for my newborn and pushing my toddler in my Peg Pergo, but decided that wasn't going to me much fun and bought the Zooper.
