Yoga or Pilates Class

Have you tried the Aquatic Center in Plainfield? They are pretty reasonable. They have tons of drop in classes too where you just pay $2 per class or you buy a $15 pass for 10 classes or something. You should try it out.

There is a new place in Hendicks county that just opened I can't recall the actuall name of it, but my moms friends from high school's daughters just opened it. It is in between stilesville and belleville on US 40. I don't know if you know where the old drive in movie theater was on 40 but it is there..

Their number is - ###-###-#### - THey also have kids classes, jazzersise, arobics, etc. it is nice!

My husband and I just joined the Fitness Experts on highway 36 just west of Avon. I do believe they have both Pilates and Yoga classes although I haven't tried those out yet. Anyway, their fees are $39 a month which seems very reasonable to me. They also have tons of stairclimbers, treadmills, bicycles; plus weight machines and free weights; also basketball and racquetball courts and a spinning class. They also have a juice bar that makes protein shakes. The only thing they don't have that would be nice is a pool and jacuzzi. Let me know if you need more information.

There is an arobic class on Tue and Thurs evenings at Crossroad Church in Avon for free. Let me know if you want information and I will send it to you.
