Yoga Island.....it was wonderful while I was there. Excellent Yoga instructors, however too expensive for me, but hopefully not for you. They are located in the NW corner of Sagebrush and Long Prairie/2499

I heard there is a studio on FM called Yoga Island - possibly in Parker Square? I think they have a website, try yogaisland.com. I go to suryacenteryoga.com in Coppell and I pay about $59/month for a monthly unlimited pass.

There is a wonderful place that just opened up!!! It's a Spa/Health/Yoga center called ProActiveWorX. Kristi Taylor is the yoga instructor and she's great. Her husband is a sports therapist/chiropractir and he has a great practice there too. The place has a great feel to it, really positive.

They are on Peter's Colony Road, right across from Lifetime Fitness in Flower Mound.

Hello I attend yoga/pilates in a twice a week in Highland Village/Bartonville (2 miles away) we are currently looking for one more to fill a spot.
