Yoga Classes

Try Unity Church. They have Hatha Yoga for all levels and child care. We have been members there for years and we find it very welcoming. It is inside the loop on Unity Dr.

I've been going to the Motherhood Center on West Alabama and LOVE it! Highly Recommend It!

Check your local YMCA.

The North Channel (Wallisville / East Belt 8) has yoga on Saturdays at 8:30 am (time might have changed since I last attended). I know Child Care is available during the week during certain hours.

And the YMCA is price friendly.

have u tried the Y? they have a lot of classes, not only yoga, but other things as well. when yr baby gets older, she can take dance classes and other things there as well.

The Motherhood Center on W Alabama.
The Iyengar Center inside the Loop.
The yoga class at the Houston Arboretum in Memorial Park.
At least until your baby is mobile. I used to nanny for a mom who was still nursing, and she had me go with them to the yoga class to tend to the baby. They had a lobby with seaaating. That was in CA. It was an Iyengar school.
