Workout Routine During Pregnancy

I was wondering if anyone can recommend a good workout routine during my pregnancy. I am currently pregnant with my third child and it seems no matter how strict of a diet I follow I become very flabby. I am very petite when I am not pregnant. I was looking for a workout video, Yoga, Palates??

What can I do next?

I followed the Prenatal yoga by Shiva Rhea. It was wonderful no starinor jerky movements and it is modified based on three trimester.

Best of luck!!

I really recommend taking yoga classes! Depending on where you are- there are a lot of studios out there that do prenatals....

After attending pre-natal Yoga classes at Sweet Pea in the City, they recommended I try "Yoga for Pregnancy" by Colette Crawford ( a former labor and delivery nurse). It is wonderful, and is great for your whole pregnancy. She has a holistic center in Seattle and I ordered if from their website www.seattleholisticcenter.com.
Highly recommend it!!! :)
A..

Yoga is great. I was advised not to do Pilates during pregnancy and post-partum.
Of course, walking is good. I had the most success using an eliptical trainer.

You could consider a prenatal water aerobics class. I'm not sure where you're located, but I know there is one at Good Samaritan Hospital's workout facility (Downers Grove) and some park districts have them, too.
