Myself Work from Home - Irving, TX
My husband is soon going to start looking for a second part time job so I can stay at home with our son. I hate to put all the financial burdon on him so I'm looking for legitimate work from home. Preferably something that I don't have to pay for. I think it's kinda silly to have to pay money to make money. I know I've seen this requested before, I just can't find anything on it. Any ideas would be great!

This isn't what you're looking for, but I thought I'd forward it anyway. You might be able to make some money until you find something where you can work from home.
Schlesinger Associates is a market research company that has an office here in Dallas (near the Galleria).
I have a friend who referred me to it, but I haven't participated in any groups yet. The last email I received, they were looking for women to test disposable razors and were also looking for women who buy meat when grocery shopping (not sure what the focus group was going to discuss). My friend did a group on cosmetic surgery. As you can see, the topics really vary.
My friend made $200 for a couple of hours talking about her feelings about cosmetic surgery with a group of women. She said it was really interesting.
I think they're usually in the evening, but some have you pick up products and take them home to evaluate.

Good luck! I would love to work from home, but haven't had much success doing so yet.

I'm in a similar situation and just started with company I found when I was doing a search for environmentally friendly products for the household.
I really do like some of the products, so I'm hoping this will go well. The group I've joined up with helps you market via the internet, so there's no hitting up your family and friends. If you're interested, let me know and I'll try to answer your questions or you can visit the website they set up for me at: http://www.moms4netprofit.com/cgi-bin/team.cgi?id=Pa18055...
If you come across any good suggestions, I'd love to hear about them. I'd considered selling Pampered Chef products (mostly because I love them so much I was hoping to get a discount on them), but I'm not sure I have the time for that right now.
I've got a 4mo little girl and we're moving this month into a new house (a real "fixer-upper"!), so I'm going to have my hands full for a bit, but I'd love to at least share suggestions and trials with you.

I don't do it myself, but I have some friends who work from home and sell Arbonne cosmetics. If you have any interest in this, I can give you a contact name and they could walk you through it. Just let me know!
