Winter

Are there any programs thru the Chicago Park District for 3 years olds to do in Winter?
I've tried looking up on line and am not finding anything. I live on the North Side of Chicago.

What can I do next?

hi i, not sure about chicago, cause ive looked too. But in Oakpark there is i just picked up a booklet when we went swwimming the other day it gives you prog that they offer in summer and winter. for kids starting at toddler age... you can pick it up at Ridgleland park (on the corner of ridglend and Lake st.)

K.,
A lot of the parks offer preschool for ages 2-3, two days a week for two hours per day. Check out the Chicago Park District website. You can search by "Program" and also by specific parks. I have not searched for the North Side, but there's plenty of stuff for toddlers on the south side. Online registration for Fall programs starts on August 14th. Good Luck! J.

hi- the chicago park district does not post winter class offerings or registration until sometime later in fall.

hope this helps.

Hi K.,

The part district does have a ton of winter programs but they are not online yet. They should be online in a few weeks. I think online registration is the middle of August- when I find out the exact date I will let you know!

Do you have a boy or girl?

R.

Chic Park District does have a 'preschool' for 3 year olds and a few other options. However, there website is only showing their summer programs right now. I know fall registration starts August 14 so the website should be updated soon. You may also be able to stop by your local park district building for more info.
