If you are talking about an internal cleanse, then I liked it. A word of advice, though, you need to be close to a bathroom once it kicks in. ;)

I've been wanting to do the Whole Body Cleanse too...still pondering if I should though...read the reviews on the GNC website. If you're gonna try this cleanse, you have to do it right!

yes, but proceed with caution. I take some detox herbs once in awhile and I have to take much less than recommended because I feel so yucky when I take them. I feel great after, but it can be hard on you.
