I generally do like paisley, but as far as Vera Bradley, I've never seen a pattern of hers that I actually like--certainly not enough to spend significant cash on.

ETA: I like "thirtyone" too. My mom got me a bag from a thirtyone party and I love it. It is well made, a cute pattern, has a ton of pockets, and wasn't expensive.

I like to LOOK at them, but they are not really my personal style. I think they are beautiful and cute. I bought a wristlet for my 10 yr old daughter last summer... but I don't have any myself. Quilted isn't really my style. I am more of a leather person---I do Brahmin. :)

Love her? I hardly know her!

Har, har, har.

Seriously, I have no idea who you're talking about. ;)

ETA*** Okay, so I went to the site. Considering paisley is my favorite print, sure, now I'm in love with the stuff...but 32 bucks for a pair of plastic flip flops that I pay 2 bucks for at WalMart? See, THIS is why I don't shop for beautiful things. It just bums me out, because I absolutely cannot justify it. And I can buy a yard of beautiful paisley material and make that beach bag for around 10 bucks. ;) It is beautiful, though.

My mother used to buy me Vera Bradley purses in the 90s. I just couldn't get into them. They're not my style... should send them to you...

Vera Bradley fabrics and colors and patterns are pretty but I prefer those kinds of themes in my house (linens, valances, tablecloths, etc.) not on my person. My style is pretty basic, lots of dark, solid colors with a pop of another bright, solid color, like basic black and white or cream with pink shoes, or a bright green bag. As a matter of fact, I think black/brown/white animal prints and stripes/polka dots are the only patterns in my closet!
I bet a Vera Bradley scarf would be cute though, maybe I'll have to check that out...

Funny, I started a new business last year. We found Vera Bradley Aprons were perfect for the business.

When people see us coming they know there is an event coming their way..

Have heard of her not my thing either. But i will say the displays are always very well done and enticing until i realize it's a purse or a lunch tote and then i'm like no that 's a quilt.

I"m still a HUGE thirtyone fan, I like that it is home based, I like that it is christian, i like the contruction and prints are cute or classy.

But it is exciting when you find somethign new that just gets you all excited.

I have a Vera Bradly wristlet. I like her products...however...for my purses, I prefer solid colors...

I did use one of her purses as a diaper bag - the back pack style.

I was so out of the loop a couple of years back that I hadn't even heard of her until someone asked me if my backpack was "a" Vera Bradley.

Nope, it was a drugstore $15.00 backpack in groovy green big paisley print.

I just like green. Didn't know that the pattern looked like anything else!

We have a Vera Bradley store very close to us but I'm not going to pay that much for...well, anything.

I never liked Vera Bradley until I went into an outlet store. Although I would never use a bag as a purse (just not my style), I love everything else. The construction is terrific! I have make up cases, cocktail napkins, jewelry holders and more. Their travel totes I hear are awesome. It's a great place to buy some gifts and stocking stuffers! You can get a glasses holder for like $5.

welcome to the club. Once you get into it, you will know the names of every single print and what is a knockoff. I am always looking at everyones handbags (I'm not into shoes so purses are my thing). And if there is a bag you really like, check eBags.com because most times they have them discounted a bit and they have free shipping and it's always good when they have a sale. Good for getting a newer pattern. Now when you are out, you will notice SO many women carrying them. They are fun to carry. Unfortunately I can't carry the same bag for more than 2 weeks so I am constantly switching my bags, and I have a lot I can switch to.

Well, yes. I have known about VB. I like some of the office supply products but it is pretty busy for me.
If you like VB, check out Lilly Pulitzer - You'll be in heaven:)

I have some Vera Bradley purses, mainly because they were my mother's - she loved all the VB stuff and when she passed away, I ended up with them. I like them well enough, but I would never pay the big VB prices - I would be just as happy with a cheaper lookalike knock-off. However, VB is coming out with a couple of Disney-themed bags this fall (basically, 2 different colors/patterns with the old-school Mickey and Minnie peaking out here and there) and I just might have to indulge in 1 or 2!

Yeah...I have several. Purses, totes, small zip bags, etc.
Many were gifts.
Very well made and worth the $.
Washable.
And I love the inside pockets if the purses without being "overly" organized.
The "work" for me and I love the pop of color they add to an outfit.
BTW, you're not supposed to try to "match" these purses to your clothing.
I find they're made WAY better than 31, which is, IMO, very disappointing quality and very overpriced.
Sad thing is, with the Vera Bradley stores opening, it's kind of the death fell to many small boutique businesses that got lots of traffic & business from the VB line, when they were very selective about their distributors. :(

I see the Vera Bradley display every time I go to my local Hallmark store. When I see it I always think it's pretty and colorful but like some of the others, the quilt look is not really my style. I am a big Fossil fan, love the funky patterns that they are famous for...good thing we don't all have the same style though or the world would be very b.o.r.i.n.g. Enjoy your new beach tote, new stuff is always fun :-)
