Which All in One Cloth Diaper to Ues?
I have been using g diapers and I would like to find a high quality all in one cloth diaper. Can anyone help in finding a good brand? Also, what are the pros and cons of the all in one's? Thanks!

I've used Kushies with my last two, and I love them. They are soft, easy to put on and take off, leak proof, and wash well. I have tried others, such as Fuzzy Buns, but prefer the velcro to the snaps.

I really love the Mother Ease all in one diaper, you can order them on line. They are NOT all in ones but I would highly recommend them. They have snaps in so many sizes they have worked for my 3 month old who is now 17 months and should keep working until we potty train. You do need to keep buying larger air flow diaper covers as your baby grows which are not that expensive and also work really well- we rarely have a blow out or a leak. I am also planning on using the diapers for my new baby due in March, although not until he is 3 months old. My midwife assistant recommended these diapers as she used them for 2 babies and then sold them on ebay and got most of her money back. Check out motherease.com they have a special price if you buy a package of diapers and a special price for diaper covers in the package section
Hope this helps
They are alos pretty easy to clean, I just throw them in a snaitary cycle with an auto-sooak first with some natural oxy clean and they get really clean

i used fuzzi bunz for awhile until they started to smell so bad i couldn't handle it. two of my other friends had the same problem. it may be hard water or just the way it is when you use cloth. they rarely leaked which was great but even stripping them didn't get the smell out. i have been using NATURE BABY CARE lately which are biodegradable diapers. love them. good luck with the cloth and i hope yours stay smelling fresh!

If you're a sewer (one who sews), check out the Honey boy diaper pattern online. I made some for my daughter and they work well (no leaks), lasted for the year or so we used them constantly and went on to the next baby. Everyone comments on how great they look and you can have lots of fun picking colors and contrast patterns for the inside.
There's even a Honeyboy makers' group on Yahoo.
Good luck,
Jen

Hi Ashlee!
We use the Bum Genius all-in-one diapers and LOVE them!!! They're as easy to use as a disposable diaper, but still cloth. Plus they have an extra liner you can put inside the cover for nap or night times. They clean very easily, have adjustable snaps for varying sizes...I would highly recommend them!! I got ours at the Target in Walnut Creek. I hope that helps. Good luck! :)

Bum genius is the best. We like them a lot and because they are adjustable, you can use them on infants to toddlers. Our twins are 21.5 and 26.5 pounds respectively and we still use the bum genius diapers every day. We cheat a little by using the Kushies liner - looks like a toilet paper roll - you just tear off a sheet to line the diaper and them if you have poop it's easier to clean and you don't have poopy diapers in your diaper pail.
The Tulip Grove in Montclair sells them and you can get them at diapers.com.

fuzzi bunz for sure. all cloth will smell over time if you dont launder properly. i make sure to rinse with one cup vinegar. pros -- they keep my kids dry. i have a newborn and i have not had to change him at all in the middle of the night. only con -- price. but well worth it.

The cloth diapers I use are called Bumgenius. You can get them on cottonbabies.com. I use them for my 1 1/2 year old little girl. I love them. They clean up really well. I go back and forth between the pocket diaper they carry and the all-in-ones. I like the pocket iapers because they are more absorbent, but they are a little more bulky. Also, the pocket diapers Bumgenius has can grow with the child so I didn't have to buy so many. The AIO's they have come in three sizes and several colors. The velcro still works fine after all this time and they have held up their shape. If you live in Sacramento area, you can see the bumgenius diapers at Goores. Good luck.

I love the bumGenius 3.0. It's just as easy to use as disposable and come clean easily plus they dry faster than most cloth diapers. These One-size diapers fit your baby from birth through potty training 7-35 lbs. So they are less expensive to buy a supply to last you than the others. You will have to buy approx. 3X as many diapers of other brands that are not the one-size (S), (M), (L) & (XL). If you live pretty close I can let you test drive one before you decide to buy.
You can get them at www.naturalmomandbaby.com there is a guarantee try one use it wash it etc. If you don't like them return it for a full refund no matter how many you purchased.
Plus they come in new colors now and there are matching babylegs you can buy that go great with these diapers.
