Where to Purchase an Old Fashioned Doll Cake?

I see these cakes everywhere. I think pretty much any bakery can do it. Just bring them of picture of a style you like, print one out here:

We used Sweet Memories in Keller for our daughter's 1st birthday cake. They did a really good job on it and it was yummy, too. I saw lots of pictures of doll cakes there in their photo books. Here's their address.
