My son is going to be Rocky for Halloween and my husband wants to get him a grey sweat outfit. The problem is we cannot find anything for him. I have tried target, walmart, and a few various other stores around our house. We need a size 18 month, 24 month, or 2T. Any suggestions . . . online or in store? Thanks

I usually get mine at the stores you listed so since you didn't find any there, try a thrift store. Then wash them before wearing.

Did you check Old Navy or Children's Place? My kids have long since outgrown those sizes.... but I seem to recall seeing sweats in those stores for all ages.
Old Navy has an online store, too... so you could start your search there...

Hanes makes very outdated looking sweats, which would be perfect for your Rocky outfit. I have seen them at Walmart or you can try online.

WOW, I see them all the time at Walmart. It may be that you live in a warmer climate so they don't carry such a variety. Try going online and ordering them. I'd get an 18 month AND a 24 month size though. Sweats do tend to shrink after they've been washed and dried a few times. Sometimes they shrink up to an inch. This way no matter which one fits now you will not have to wait for one to come back in the mail. If the 18 months fits perfect after washing then you have a few months for the 24 month size to fit later on.

Our dads dance at the last recital was to Eye Of The Tiger and they all dressed up like Rocky. One had softballs taped to his arms under his hoodie. When he "showed off his muscles" it was so funny because they were extremely huge...lol. This is a fun idea for a costume.

Old Navy, they had tons of sweats or plain grey colored pants, most had hoodies you could get to match.

I usually buy all "costume making stuff" at Salvation Army or another thrift store. But, I would keep looking at target, Kmart Walmart ect, Cold weather clothes should be put out any day now. Target carries Converse so you should be able to get him the right shoes there (been a while but I think I remember Rocky wearing them). If your gonna make him look a little beat up (end of the movie look) there are some great fake scars and stitch kits, that are pretty easy to use too. Good luck!
