Where to Buy Christening Outfits

Hello,
I am looking for a christening outfit for a baby boy. A store in Lakeview/Lincoln Park would be best but anywhere is Chicago is fine.

What can I do next?

I live in Lakeview and always pass a store called Bebe elegante on Ashland. i think the cross street is School or Belmont. they have christening outfits there. Martinellis in Evergreen Park on 95th street also has nice outfits. Any of the major department stores csarry them, but penneys and macys have a big selection. Good luck.

I bought my daughter's christening outfit at Bebe Elegante on Ashland in Lakeview (by Whole Foods). It is beautiful!!!! Good luck.

In the city Nordstroms carries them as well as Beautiful Beginnings by Trader Joe's on Clybourn

I bought mine at Strausberg Kids outlet in Aurora, they had the largest selection.

Hi M.,

If you don't want something that is formal, try BRU. We got a really nice white cotton pant and top set by Wendy Bellissimo plus some white sneakers from there for our then 6-month old little boy when he was christened in June.

You can find it on their website under Clothing & Layette/Unisex/Matching sets - sorry I tried to copy & paste the link, but it didn't work!!

Good luck!

I bought my son's outfit at Talbots. They had some very nice cotton gowns and one pieces. Nothing frilly or over the top, but that's what I wanted.
