Where to Buy Boutique or Unique Childrens Clothing

Where is a good place to find boutique or unique clothing for kids.. Something bright and colorful and fun to wear.

What can I do next?

Lilly Pulitizer just opened in somerset- they carry children's clothes. And OILEY at somerset has bright children's clothes as well.

I shop at Titsy's in downtown Royal Oak and Naka in downtown Ferndale (mostly baby, though). They have some really cute outfits. Green Baby in downtown Rochester has great baby outfits (up to a couple years old)- mostly all organic cotton.

They have a ton of handmade darling children's clothing.

Hey L.,
In all honesty, I think the best approach would be to make your own. Kids' clothing is pretty easy and fast to make. And with all the appliques and buttons and extras there are out there these days, it could be a lot of fun. Check with your nearest Hobby Lobby or JoAnne Fabrics about a sewing class if you don't sew already. Then you can pick out your own fabrics and patterns and make really one-of-a-kind things. If you don't feel creative enough to do it on your own, I'll bet you could find a Mamasource lady to help you! I would do it myself, but I'm making my daughter's wedding dress. Just think, someday, this could be you!
Good luck!

There are several children's boutiques in Birmingham, just walk around, you will find them. I have looked in a couple and they have some really nice clothes - the prices don't compare with Target though!

My cousin shops at a small store in Shelby Township. It is on 25 mile and Van Dyke in the Vince and Joes plaza. I believe it is called the Ruby Closet. Her daughters alway have the cutest/unique dresses at parties!
