Where Do You Keep Your Liquor?

We keep ours in the freezer. My husbands BFF always gives me grief about this, says keeping it in the freezer makes his hands too cold (duh, it's in the freezer)... I don't like adding ice to certain kinds of drinks (like straight Southern Comfort), because it gets watered down and nasty! So... all the liquor stays in the freezer, nice and icy cold :)

My parents have a small wet bar, so they keep theirs in the cabinet below the bar.

Some of our other friends with little ones keep theirs on top of the refrigerator.

Another friend of ours keeps it on top of the bar in their 'basement'.

So where do you keep YOUR liquor?

What can I do next?

In my stomach. :p

It depends on what it is. Vodka and like libations, I keep in the freezer. Tequila, Amaretto, Irish Cream I keep in the liquor cabinet.

Beer is in kegs in the basement, except the two I want to drink, Troy is fermenting them in carboys so I can't nip any off. :(

Beer IN the fridge.
Wine IN the fridge or stored out of the sunlight and laying on its side.

Heavy liquor? Above the fridge.

We have smaller bottles that we keep in the freezer. but don't remember the last time they were touched. hhhmmm oh yeah - when Bob's dad was here last year...just like the hard liquor.

My husband is a home brewer (too bad I don't really like beer). So we have a kegerator with four taps on our back porch. ( One tap is dedicated to non alcoholic home made treats for me and the kids, mostly ginger ale or rootbeer). That fridge is stocked with the canned and bottled micro brews. The freezer is full of hops for beer making. We have a small bar in our dining area that holds most of the booze and wine. Hubby occasionally also makes wine for gift giving, so there are times where we have cased of wine in our bedroom closet, but that's usually temporary.
