Where Do You Buy Diapers in the Westside

Hello,

I'm expecting a little girl in two weeks and was wondering where everybody goes to get the best diaper deals on the westside (I live in the santa monica area). Is it cheaper to just buy them online?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?™

Thank you all so much for your suggestions and advice. I think I'm going to do diapers.com and costco. It's great to know that there's hope for us after all on the westside, i was starting to be resentful that we don't have the typical superstores like target and walmart close at hand.

J. BabysRus has competetive prices on Pampers and they always are well stocked. My friend buys them in bulk on line and loves is. Remember living in LA = earthquake country, it's always good to be well stocked. In the event of an earthquake or an emergency you can do without a lot of things for a few days, but not diapers. I always stay a box ahead.

delivered right to your door. so convenient!

Hi J.,

We go to Costco on Washington Blvd. Diapers and wipes in bulk. And they're higher quality than the generic Target or Safeway brands. They also have Huggies for a couple bucks more. Good luck. E.

I live in Santa Monica too, but haven't found any super deals on diapers. I always go with diapers.com because if you spend at least $49 (which is very easy to do with extra large cases and such), you get free 2nd day shipping-- which works out even if you're down to your last few diapers. You can use the code: GRACIE if you want to get $10 off the first order. Hope that helps!

I hear you! Since we don't have a superstore, like Target, in the area I like to use diapers.com for buying large quantities. It is usually a good deal, they sell many types of baby supplies (not just diapers), they have several brands to choose from, and you get free shipping on orders that are $50+. I place an order once/month.

i do diapers.com.... if you buy $50 worth, (which is 2 boxes), shipping is free.. and they deliver fast... i know some people use amazon too, but i've alwas done diapers.com.. i share with a friend, since i dont want to keep 2 boxes in my house, so one for her, one for me, free shipping...
good luck

Try your local Costco or Sams club.... although they don't carry newborns sizes. Also babiesrus and toysrus.

for huggies -- definately costco... otherwise target is the best pampers

Hi,
in fact - the online order is the cheapest and easiest you can do. I started to order Seventh Generation bleach free diapers from Amazon.com, which save a little bit our dear planet as well as baby's butt from aggressive substances. Have a look and enjoy that you don't have to carry around big and unhandy bags from the supermarket.
