Where Can I Get a Reasonablly Priced Area Rug?
Hello!
Looking for an area rug for our living room. Any good place to get one in Pittsburgh? Or are there national chains that have good deals?
Thanks!

Hi S., Have you looked at Lowes or Home Depot or IKEA?

I have seen pretty good deals at Gabriel's and Big lots.
Also check the clearance rug section at Home depot.

We have several area rugs in our home that we got from IKEA. The prices are decent and they have held up quite well over the 10 years we've had them with a child and large dog.
Good luck!

I mourn the closing of Value City for this very reason. At least, the one near me closed (West MIfflin). You could look at Home Depot and Lowes. Depending on how much you want to spend, Tuesday Morning has area rugs, but I think they are still very pricey, even though they claim to be "discounted". I have also bought a 9 x 12 at Prizant's. BUt it was more $$ and WOOL and beware that wool, even though beautiful, creates fuzzball after fuzzball after fuzzball!
